Tier on Tier vs Full Height Shutters
You may have seen tier on tier shutters that cover the entire height of the window and wonder how they differ from full height shutters. Tier on Tier feature two rows of half height shutters, one stacked above the other, to provide full height coverage. Each row can be independently adjusted so the top row can be tilted to allow more sunlight through the top half of the window and the bottom row can be tilted closed to improve privacy.
Full height shutters, on the other hands, are a single, full height shutter and can only be adjusted as a whole for the full height of each panel.
